Ingredients:
4 potatoes
2 onions
2 tablespoons of flour
1 egg
10 slices of colonnata bacon
10 mini burgers
Process:
1. Peel the potatoes and onion and grate them finely. Remove any excess water. Place the mixture in a salad bowl.
2. Add the flour, egg, a little salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Form 10 small patties and cook them in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Set aside.
4. In a hot pan, cook the Colonnata bacon slices until crispy. Then drain them on paper towels.
5. Lightly grill the mini burger buns in the Colonnata bacon pan.
