Madeleine and Chocolate Raspberry Fondant Heart

Take advantage of the holidays to discover our recipe for madeleines with a chocolate and raspberry fondant center . A great way to enhance your snacks with family or friends!

For this recipe, you need (for 6 people):

-100g of butter

- 3 eggs

- 100g of sugar

-120g of flour

-1 sachet of baking powder

- 1 jar of chocolate raspberry toast

The steps of the recipe :

1. First, preheat your oven to 180°C .

2. In your salad bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until the mixture whitens.

3. Melt the butter and pour it into your mixture.

4. Add the flour and the yeast and mix well .

5. Pour a spoonful of your batter into each madeleine mold .

6. Next comes the most important step! Add a good teaspoon of our Chocolate Raspberry Tartine to each mold and cover with the madeleine batter .

7. Put in the oven for 10 minutes and it's already done.

All that's left is to taste!
