Nonsense at first glance? Rather a revelation when you taste it. And a real headache to make: delicately pitting the cherries by hand one by one to preserve the whole pulp, julienne-slicing the Kalamata olives: this jammy Christmas condiment deserved a priesthood.
As for the pot that's not quite like the others, we decided to call on matali crasset who revisited the iconic pot with a delicate gradient allowing, for the first time, a glimpse of a little jam in a thin transparent space.
A voluptuous design, in short, which will provide a showcase for this unique deception between olive and cherry, addiction guaranteed.

"Confiture Parisienne" is the only jam factory in Paris founded in 2015. The only one, but not the first, because at the time when orchards still dominated the beautiful districts of our capital, jams were indeed a Parisian specialty.
