A Pepper and Beetroot Chutney ? Sounds original, you might say! Yes, but it's delicious! The beets are cooked and mixed with the peppers preserved in oil. A little smoked chili pepper and a touch of balsamic vinegar are added. Spread it on appetizers or with a good pâté en croûte. And for the more epicurean, try a sweet and savory option by mixing a spoonful of Chutney into a cheese curd. Let us know how it goes!
