Composition

Choc'Ohlala: hazelnut, almond, chocolate, sugar, lemon and lime, sunflower oil, soy lecithin, fleur de sel
Strawberry Cancan: apple juice, champagne, strawberry, cane sugar, cranberry juice, poppy syrup, grape juice, lemon, citrus pectin.

Consumption

Choc'Ohlala: Spread it generously on warm brioche or toasted country bread. Its intense chocolate and hazelnut flavor, with a hint of lemon, pairs wonderfully with poached pears, warm crepes, or a touch of plain yogurt.
Cancan Strawberry: Sublime on a madeleine, a cheesecake base, or as a topping on lemon sorbet. Its strawberry flavor enhanced with poppy seed syrup and champagne also makes it a perfect pairing with cream cheese or a scone.
