Confiture Parisienne presents its must-have recipe: Strawberry Cherry Blossom jam . A classic revisited to enhance your breakfasts. A tasty recipe combining delicious strawberries carefully harvested in the Dordogne at the height of their season and cherry blossom syrup to add a floral note of honey, almond, and a slight hint of acidity.
An ideal jam on a slice of toast, on a rusk or in a Japanese mochi .
Confiture Parisienne has created the collection of jams: "Les Duos".
Recipes made up of two "flavors": a fruit and a spice like “ Orange Vanilla ”, or a fruit and a flower like “ Violet Raspberry ”, “ Strawberry Cherry Blossom ”, “ Blackcurrant Jasmine ” or “ Apricot Lavender ”, and why not also two fruits like “ Strawberry Rhubarb ”.
Recipes that will make you (re)discover basics but with that little extra "trick".
And still for this collection, much more fruit than sugar , unrefined cane sugar, cooked in small quantities in our laboratory in the heart of Paris.

"Confiture Parisienne" is the only jam factory in Paris founded in 2015. The only one, but not the first, because at the time when orchards still dominated the beautiful districts of our capital, jams were indeed a Parisian specialty.
