Three new flavors are coming to the princes' table!
Home to the Princes of Condé, the Château de Chantilly has always been a mecca for celebrations , a centuries-old theatre of a certain art of living. In the former Vatel kitchens, above which two tiers of pewter and crystal tableware await, impassive, the great and the good of Europe.
Driven out by a revolution too virtuous to appreciate the refinement of high-society dinners, the Duke of Aumale , the last great French prince and heir to the princes of Condé, had to flee far from the Château de Chantilly, like the champagne cork from Duke Jean François Troy's "oyster lunch" still on display here.
He returned for good and took his revenge on the tricks of fate by creating the famous "Princes' Dinners" in homage to his ancestors and their guests. Legendary celebrations filled with dishes and illustrious guests, the Dinners once again made the Château de Chantilly a temple of taste.
Today, Chantilly and the Dîners des Princes are hosting three 250g pieces of Confiture Parisienne in their white liveries and titled : Framboise Cassis Lys, Orange Vanille Lys and Fraise Framboise Lys.
There is no doubt that at the hour when the moon casts its disturbing glow between the pointed towers of the castle, the ghosts of the Prince of Condé, Vatel and Sissi the Empress will consider these new flavors of French culinary art as their peers.

"Confiture Parisienne" is the only jam factory in Paris founded in 2015. The only one, but not the first, because at the time when orchards still dominated the beautiful districts of our capital, jams were indeed a Parisian specialty.
