Confiture Parisienne and Benoît Castel make the Epiphany dance!

Confiture Parisienne presents its new creation "La Fève du Samedi Soir" in collaboration with the Pastry Chef Benoît Castel.

After Mariah Carey at Christmas and Gloria Gaynor at New Year's, it's time for the Bee Gees for Epiphany! And it's with " La Fève du Samedi Soir " that you'll have to count on to play the prolongation of the holidays.

 

This novelty was created following the meeting between Nadège and Laura, founders of Confiture Parisienne, and Benoît Castel. The chemistry between the confectioners and the baker was immediate and their common values around craftsmanship and quality products made them want to work together. This is how "La Fève du Samedi Soir" was born, a vegetable jelly made from almond milk. And because we are celebrating the Epiphany, a little bean has been added to each jar!

 

Fresh and creamy, this jelly will accompany croissant, pancake or brioche to celebrate the Epiphany in a different way, but always with greed!
