Confiture Parisienne never ceases to find inspiration in the city where there's always something to do. It was while strolling through one of the capital's 530 parks and gardens that Laura Goninet and Nadège Gaultier came up with the idea of paying homage to these green spaces where all Parisians, young and old, play, run, read, or chat. While it's easy to imagine yourself in the sun reading a book, Paris's parks are also full of more wintery activities, as long as you're equipped for them!
Confiture Parisienne searched among Parisian parks to find the most emblematic ones to decide on a real itinerary for urban nature lovers. Parc Monceau, the Luxembourg Gardens, and the Jardin des Plantes (barely a kilometer from the jam factory) caught the attention of the founding duo.
Once the parks were determined, it was time to imagine the recipes. Each park has its own history and flora.
The first stop on this walk is the Luxembourg Gardens. Aside from the Senate, the bowling greens, and the large pond where small boats sail, majestic Japanese cherry trees adorn the area. They were chosen to gently accompany this delicious strawberry jam .
Then, if you go to the Jardin des Plantes to discover the sublime illuminations that take place every winter, you might notice the Evereste apple tree. It is the star of this artisanal jelly , in which the apple is subtly enhanced by a rose geranium.

And if after this stroll your senses get lost in all of Paris and you don't know which park will be your favorite, the three jams can be found in a tasting box , with the family at Christmas or to offer to your loved ones who have left Paris for the provinces, but who are still a little nostalgic...
If you prefer to wait for the nice weather to enjoy the parks, you can find other gift boxes on our website and in store!
