Souvenirs of Paris

Take Paris home in a jar

A jar of Confiture Parisienne is a souvenir of Paris made in Paris. The museum, garden and Claude Monet recipes are cooked in small batches in copper pans at our workshop, 17 avenue Daumesnil, under an arch of the Viaduc des Arts. The white lacquered jar shields the jam from light, travels well and is worth keeping once empty.

A pyramid of Musée d'Orsay collection jars in front of the museum's nave and sculptures

Before Haussmann's boulevards, Paris was a city of orchards: strawberries from the Bastille, pears from the Châtelet, vines in Belleville. Our recipes pick up that thread, one neighbourhood at a time.

In the suitcase

Travelling with a jar

A souvenir that never gathers dust on a shelf. It ends up at the table one morning, by the spoonful.
