After Brooklyn and Tokyo, the theme for this back-to-school season at the Grande Épicerie de Paris was... “PARIS”, so it was only natural that she asked us to think about an exclusive recipe around a very Parisian theme for this season, with fruits and ingredients from Ile de France.
We came up with a recipe using strawberries from the Gally farm (picked ourselves this summer with the family!) and a touch of poppy syrup from Nemours.
And finally, pretty Parisian pigeons come to peck at the label motif.
