Three new flavors are coming to the princes' table ⚜️
Home to the Princes of Condé, the Château de Chantilly (officially) has always been a mecca for celebrations, a centuries-old theater of a certain art of living. In the former Vatel kitchens, above which two tiers of pewter and crystal tableware await, impassive, the great and the good of Europe.
Driven out by a revolution too virtuous to appreciate the refinement of high-society dinners, the Duke of Aumale, the last great French prince and heir to the Princes of Condé, had to flee far from the Château de Chantilly.
He returned for good and created the famous "Princes' Dinners" in homage to his ancestors and their guests. Legendary celebrations filled with dishes and illustrious guests, the Dinners once again made the Château de Chantilly the temple of taste 🍇.
Today, Chantilly and the Dîners des Princes welcome to their table three 250g pieces of Confiture Parisienne in their white liveries and titled: Cassis Lys, Orange Lys and Fraise Framboise Lys.
A collection to be found today at the Château de Chantilly during the famous Chantilly Plant Days and at Confiture Parisienne.
