Three recipes like three paintings
Inspired by Monet's gardens, this collection pays tribute to a sensitive, floral and vibrant nature.
A collection created in partnership with the Académie des beaux-arts.
Jams made in Paris, under the Viaduc des Arts, designed as works of art to be tasted.
This gift box holds all three recipes, in which fruit meets flower, in a delicate balance of freshness and sweetness.
Redcurrant Lotus
This recipe comes from one of Claude Monet's recipe books, in which he wrote down his own redcurrant jam.
To this historic base we added a natural lotus flower flavour, a nod to the Water Lilies, Monet's signature work.
Its soft floral notes recall childhood sweets, like the poppy and violet candies of old.
A jam both lively and delicate, where fruit meets art.
Strawberry Poppy
The strawberry is cooked to keep its natural sweetness and roundness.
We paired it with a note of poppy, a direct reference to Claude Monet's painting The Promenade at Argenteuil.
The flower, a fixture of his landscapes, brings a soft, slightly honeyed floral touch.
A bright, comforting jam, somewhere between pleasure and memory.
Raspberry Rose
The raspberry, lively and intensely aromatic, is cooked to keep its character and freshness.
We paired it with a note of rose, inspired by Claude Monet's painting The Roses, which illustrates this recipe.
The flower softens the fruit's acidity without ever taking over.
A jam where the intensity of raspberry meets the floral softness of the Giverny garden.
