Paris d'Amour: a festive collaboration

It all started with a symbol: Paris, the city of love, creativity, and encounters. It was around these values ​​that Confiture Parisienne and the City of Paris came together to create a jar that lived up to this promise.

The idea? A unique, light, and sincere jam that celebrates love in Paris and its festivities! The joyful and popular events that bring Parisians together in the capital. Parisian festivals for dancing, sharing, kissing... and now, spreading.

The recipe, too, is a story of encounters. That of raspberries, grown in the Dordogne, and elderflowers, picked for their delicate fragrance. Two characters that are complete opposites yet blend wonderfully: the acidity of the fruit and the floral sweetness, in a composition that is barely sweet, almost whispered.

Each jar is prepared by hand, under the arches of the Viaduc des Arts, in the Parisian Jam factory, the only one in the capital. It's there that the fruit is cooked in copper cauldrons until it releases all its fragrance.
