3 chefs and gourmet jams

After the success of our collection on the rooftops of Paris, we proposed to well-known chefs to come and help us create new jams based on the harvests from the gardens of the company "Sous les fraises" located on the rooftops of Galeries Lafayette.

Sylvain Sendra from the restaurant "itinéraire" 1 star in the Michelin guide, Daniel Baratier from the restaurant "les déserteurs", fooding prize 2015 and Daniel Morgan from the restaurant "Salt" were given carte blanche to create with Confiture Parisienne their "gastronomic" jam recipe.

This collaboration has allowed us to work with chefs who are passionate about their profession and to draw a kind of Chinese portrait through their "jam" making.

With these collaborations we want to demonstrate more than ever that jam is not just a simple product that is spread on bread, but a real culinary product to which we want to give back its letters of nobility.
