This time, Aurélien Cohen, Pastry Chef with 260,000 followers on Instagram, decided to shake up the codes and push his endless quest for taste and originality by imagining " Easter Man " in collaboration with Confiture Parisienne.

Easter Man turns out to be a delicate peanut butter subtly combined with the flavors of Dulcey chocolate, dulce de leche and caramel.

In 2012, Valrhona invented the fourth color of chocolate: blond. During a pastry demonstration, Frédéric Bau left some white chocolate in the bain-marie a little too long; the result was surprising: the chocolate, now blond, gave off a delicate smell of shortbread and caramelized milk. 8 years of research were necessary to perfect the Dulcey recipe, which today allows us to push back the limits of creativity!
