Cupcake heart Mon Chéri Cherry

For the recipe, you need:

  • 100g of flour
  • 120g of brown sugar
  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 80g Sweet butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of Yeast
  • a jar of Mon Chéri Cherry jam

Icing:

  • 100g of mascarpone
  • 30ml of cream 30% fat 
  • 40g of powdered sugar
  • Vanilla or vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips
  • Sugar decoration

Materials:

  • Muffin tins
  • Mixer or whisk
  • Maryse

 

Recipe Steps: 

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with 90g of butter in a saucepan
  2. Mix the flour, sugar and yeast together, then add the eggs and a pinch of salt to this mixture
  3. Pour your batter into the muffin cups
  4. Bake at 160° for 25 minutes
  5. Once your cupcakes are baked, fill them with a small spoon, making a hole and add Mon Chéri Cherry jam


Mascarpone Icing

  1. In a bowl, beat the mascarpone and cream until smooth
  2. Without stopping to mix, incorporate the powdered sugar and vanilla
  3. Cover your cakes with a piping bag
  4. Decorate with dark chocolate shavings and sugar decorations
